I grew up in the same house my whole life and was an only child. So I find it quite funny that I have 4 children and have lived in 6 different homes during my 10 years of marriage. When I was a little girl I dreamt of building my own home, so it was only appropriate that I marry a homebuilder. However, building the dream home has come in different forms with many challenges along the way.
Along the way, I've learned that building a home from the ground up has very little to do with tangible walls and such, but rather it's about what legacy you will leave behind in the lives of your children and those closest to you. I've learned along the way that although my dreams matter, my ultimate dream is to live my life with a lasting impression of WHO Christ is, encourage my children to be who they are called to be, while doing all of this side by side with my best friend, Wade.
