Five On Friday
8:27:00 AMIf you've been reading my blog lately then you have learned that I am trying to amp up the traffic flow and by doing so I have decided to take part in a little Friday fun. Every Friday I will post 5 things... they may be design tips or a wrap up of the week about our life as a Nagy.
The other week I was rolling through the channels and saw Dr. Oz had announced that this month was going to be called Jan-YOU-ary. Get it? It was all about a better you for the New Year.
So since the clock rotated into the year of 2014, I have been trying 5 new things to a better me. Life is lived better when you feel good.
Five Ways to a Better Me...
1. Being more intentional with the Lord. Instead of just stumbling upon extra time, I am making time.
2. Running and Walking.
This has been a journey of off and on, ups and downs, but I am eager to get back at it.

3. Eating my veggies. I am trying to drink my way to health, one gross glass at a time (once a day). This one in particular was disgusting. I am not a whisky drinker, nor have I ever been, but I imagine that it would have made this taste a lot better.
4. Be less stressed and hard on myself about homeschool. Being a mom is hard, but then wearing the teacher cap at the same time is sometimes overwhelming.

5. Brush my teeth daily. Don't judge. I know its gross, but try telling me that after a long day of being pulled in a thousand directions and I will tell you to hush and go straight to bed and not care one bit about my teeth. However, 2014 is a new year and time for some new pearly whites.
My husband is the most happy about this one.

Stopping by from 5 on Friday! More power to you on those veggie shakes! You are stronger than I am! :) As a new mom, I would say "showering daily" is probably on my list this year! ;) Your family is beautiful!
